Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all ordering methods: online, phone, fax, or mail.

General

  • LifesmartOutet.com delivers anywhere within the 48 contiguous U.S. only, where surface delivery is permitted. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • A daytime phone number is required for the freight company to call you to make delivery arrangements (this will be the number provided on the order).
  • A physical address is required. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO.
    • Due to high ticket value, if paying by credit card, the specified delivery address must match your credit card billing address for your protection and ours.
  • The estimated shipping/delivery dates on your tracking are only estimates and can vary.
    • The estimated delivery date provided is the date the spa/cover/sauna is expected to arrive at the local freight station…not at your home!
    • The local station is required to set an appointment with the customer for final delivery, so that date will be dependent on the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Due to size, spas/saunas/covers must be shipped via truck.
  • The driver is only responsible for CURBSIDE delivery.
    • CURBSIDE delivery is most often where the street meets the customer driveway.
    • You are responsible for moving the spa from the street to the staging area/final spa placement.
    • It is your responsibility to position and install the unit into your backyard or home.
  • Most residential addresses are accessible, but locations which are not accessible by tractor-trailer, or which require extra handling, may be subject to additional charges.
    • Examples include narrow lanes, alleys or bridges, islands or locations requiring ferry boat transportation, toll-bridges, gated communities restricting trucks, un-paved roads, and remote/rural locations.
    • If in doubt, call us and we will check with the delivery company before finalizing the order and to estimate any extra delivery charges.
    • We reserve the right to decline orders for which we determine that delivery is impractical.
  • You or the person you designate must be on hand to inspect and sign for truck deliveries.
    • Carefully inspect the carton and packaging and note any damage, no matter how slight, on the freight receipt prior to signing (and always take photos of the delivered package).
    • Missed delivery appointments may result in redelivery charges to you.
  • Damage is very unlikely, but if the merchandise itself appears damaged, note it on delivery receipt, take photos of potential damage, and call LifesmartOutlet.com immediately for assistance (800-421-0971).
    • If you or your designee sign for and accept the delivery without noting damage, you are indicating that the shipment arrived in good condition, and no claims can be made.
    • Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery.

Returns/Cancelled Orders

Spas/Saunas

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your new spa or sauna, you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa/sauna to return it for a full refund of the purchase price, less the transportation cost to return the spa to the factory.
    • All returned spas/saunas are subject to a $150 inspection/restocking fee and a 3% processing fee.

    • Your refund will be processed within 7 days following return and inspection of the spa.
  • Cancelled Orders: Customers shall be responsible for all freight charges associated with cancelled orders if the spa has shipped.
    •  Orders may ship before tracking information is provided/available.
    • Customer will be issued a full refund of the purchase price, less all transportation costs and a $150 inspection/restocking fee.
    • All cancelled orders are subject to a 3% processing fee.

    • Your refund will be processed within 7 days of cancellation confirmation.

Spa Covers

  • Spa covers are custom-made and cannot be returned once shipped.
  • Incorrect cover orders cannot be returned; therefore, contact us to verify your order if there are any questions about the model of your spa.
  • Spa covers are warrantied against manufacturer defects.
    • All warranty claims must be approved by the cover manufacturer.

Spa Parts & Accessories

  • Spa parts and accessories can be returned with prior approval for a refund, minus a 3% processing fee.
  • Some manufacturers require a 20% restock fee, which will be deducted from applicable parts returns (any fees from the manufacturer will be deducted from the final refund).
  • All returns of parts & accessories are subject to full inspection before the refund is processed.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs to return any parts & accessories to the approved return address.

All Orders

  • All cancelled orders that have not shipped will be subject to a 3% processing fee.
    • The 3% cancellation charge helps cover costs incurred from the credit card processing company when your order is placed.
    • This fee will not be waived under any circumstances.

    • Your refund will be processed within 7 days following cancellation confirmation and/or return of items.

This agreement can be modified at any point, if necessary, by LifesmartOutlet.com.
